Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Creative Comet website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Creative Comet provides custom web and mobile development, cloud hosting, security services, and managed IT services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for individual projects are defined in separate project agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Creative Comet unless otherwise stated. For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the project agreement. Typically, clients receive full ownership of custom code upon project completion and final payment.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project delivery. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may impact project timelines.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with milestone-based payments throughout. Managed services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business plans, technical specifications, user data, and other non-public information.
Limitation of Liability
Creative Comet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
